Julianna Starling brings heart, humor, and rock‑solid skill to every training session at Mrs. Slobberworth’s. As Boone’s own Fear Free Certified trainer, she transforms obedience work into confidence‑building adventures, helping dogs learn through encouragement, clarity, and joyful connection. Whether she’s guiding a wiggly puppy through first cues or helping an anxious dog find calm, Julianna’s approach is warm, patient, and rooted in positive reinforcement.

Training with her isn’t just about good behavior — it’s about strengthening the bond between dogs and their people, celebrating progress, and making every tail wag count. She is certified through Victoria-Stilwell Academy (VSA) as a positive reinforcement trainer spending 12 months and countless hours on the program. She is First Aid/CPR certified. In addition, is the ONLY FEARFREE certified dog trainer in the State of Iowa actively working.

She also is an AKC Canine Puppy Star and Good Citizen evaluator. She is a member of the Association for Professional Dog Training International, and the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
