For all services: Notice under 24-hours to reschedule will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $30 per appointment. No Call, No Shows, or Missed Appointments will still be charged the full rate under our 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy and waiver. A valid credit/debit card is required to be on file for all services.

Our staff are Fear Free Certified and AKC certified in safe handling, while our trainers are VSA Certified and members of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. In addition, all staff are First Aid & CPR certified as well for your peace of mind.

We are DEBIT/CREDIT card only for all products and services. We do NOT accept CASH or CHECK.

In-Town Boone Residents are permitted 30 mins to pick up once we've reached out.Out-of-Town Residents are permitted 60 mins to pick up once we've reach out.A $30 daycare fee applies to early and/or late drop off and/or pick up.Early fee is applied if dog arrives and is checked in 30 minutes in advance to scheduled appointment.
